He says not to focus too much on the interests of shareholders and espouses to “spend your time making staff happy instead”. It is not about putting their feet up, but with his books, he explains ” the social significance of their work and outlined Buddhist-inspired principles for how employees should live, such as being humble and doing the right thing. This made them proud of the company they work for and ready to work harder for its success”.
And we know how much women do so much for everybody in their lives, as mothers, wives, daughers, sisters and girl friends … from physical caring, empathy, plus all those “loving expenses”.
