The difference between the Income Investing and Retirement Investing is the frequency of the activity which requires more discipline (therefore more personal psychology component) and consistency.
Which one is best for you? Philippines, Indonesia, Turkey, Brazil, Columbia and many other emerging economies are going on a bull run since their economies are growing, there is much more opportunities so this is attractive. Opportunities like these don’t come often. There are of course things to watch out for so better be prepared for it. So if you are in these bull run markets, Income Investing would work very well for you.
